All visualisations and other illustrations and text descriptions in all presentation materials of the MOSAIQ Beroun development project may show and contain, in addition to the standard design, possible client changes and are therefore only for illustrative purposes. This illustration or description of the project or any of its parts, together with any provided information concerning the project, are not offered for conclusion of any legal acts or pledge or obligation to conclude such legal act. The final appearance of the exteriors and interiors and the description of the entire project and any part of it, materials or products used may differ from the illustrations and descriptions in the presentation materials and websites related to the project. The project may gradually be specified or changed within the framework of the contractual documentation concluded with the interested party.

In case of any dispute with consumers, the subject of the extra-judicial solution of consumer disputes shall be the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, or some other entity delegated by the Ministry of Industry and Trade by procedure according to the Consumer Protection Act.
