Agreement with personal data processing
1. You hereby grant your consent to GO4HOME Holding a.s., registered office at Rybná 682/14, 110 00 Praha 1, Business ID: 17095867, (hereinafter referred to as ‘G4H’) to process the following personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the ‘GDPR’):

2. The name, surname, company name, phone number and e-mail must be processed for marketing purposes. This data shall be processed by the Administrator for a period of 3 years.
3. You give your express consent to the processing described above. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example, by sending an email or letter to:

4. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator; however, the following processors may also process personal data for the Administrator:
- the Administrator’s suppliers or service providers, in particular resellers,
- Possibly other providers of processing software, services and applications, but not currently used by the company.
5. Please note that under the Data Protection Act you have the right to:
- withdraw consent at any time,
- request information from us about what personal data we process about you,
- request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
- request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
- request us to delete this personal data,
- in case of doubt about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
