We’re building a park district

The MOSAIQ Beroun project is being built on the site of a former tractor factory, the area of which is being completely revitalised with the knowledge that park-type housing will be built there in the upcoming years. A total of 3.5 hectares of natural area will be created on an incredible 6 hectare area, so the properties intended for residential use will take up less than half of the total space. Thanks to this you will always have enough space to enjoy a walk outside with your stroller, your dog, or even a small garden picnic.

All properties on offer have some form of exterior space, whether it is a balcony, loggia, terrace or front garden for ground floor apartments.
